UPCOMING EVENTS AT DG

We have many different events happening throughout the summer at DG for everyone. Take a look at the list below to find what's right for your family.

Nine weeks of summer fun at Decatur Gymnastics. Each session runs Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm with a fun new theme each week to keep the kids engaged and excited.

Every month throughout the summer we offer tumbling clinics for all athletes. Our next clinic is on Friday, July 26 at 12 and 1 pm. Register for the beginner tumbling clinic here or for our advanced back handspring clinic here.

Decatur Dance is offering Summer Camps throughout the month of July for all ages. Dance camp sessions run Tuesday - Thursday and are broken up by style and age group. Week one begins on July 7th offering sessions for 5/6 year olds as well as 7 year olds. Register for camp here!

We don't stop the fun in the summer! Everyone's favorite event of the month - Kids Night Out aka Parents Night Out happens the first Friday of every month. Register for our next KNO on July 10 here.

We know sometimes it can be hard to commit to a class before you know if you're child will enjoy gymnastics. That's why we offer a free trial class to get to know our facility and meet our friendly staff!

Parent and Me Gymnastics

PARENT + ME

A fun-filled 30-minute class where parents and toddlers explore basic gymnastics movements together, building coordination, confidence, and precious bonding moments in a safe, supportive environment.

Cheer Classes in Decatur

CHEER

For kids ages 5 and up, introduces the fundamentals of cheerleading in a fun and energetic environment. Athletes will learn the basics of motions, chants, cheers, tumbling, and introductory stunting techniques.

TUMBLING

Advanced Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered their back handsprings and are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level. This invite-only class focuses on perfecting technique.

Bring your student to class! Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow your child to get comfortable and scope things out before class begins. All students are expected to wear a leotard to class.

Drop the kids off the second Friday of every month for an action-packed night of gymnastics, games, and dinner while you enjoy your evening!

TIME: 6 - 9 PM    COST: $45

Our owner, Coach Cat is a hometown girl at heart who competed as a gymnast through college and has spent the last 20 years coaching kiddos just like yours.

Along with our warm, welcoming staff, she's committed to helping each child find joy in movement while building strength, coordination, and Texas-sized confidence that'll serve them well both on and off the mat.
